I recently had the pleasure of photographing some of Bacio Gelato’s menu items. For those of you living in Dubai who have not yet experienced the deliciousness of Bacio Gelato, let me just say you are seriously missing out on real Italian gelato. This is the real thing. At Bacio Gelato you will also find the best affogato in Dubai. I know this to be true from personal experience. The great thing about this place is the personal attention you get from its owners, Edina and Cezere Celli. They are often there to share stories and provide a bit of an education about real gelato.
Apart from gelato you will also find a range of fruit sorbets and now even gelato lollipops. The Cellis are always experimenting with new flavours, so you never know which new creation will be in the cabinet on the day you arrive. The next time you are in the Al Barsha area, treat yourself to a coffee or an ice cream. You won’t regret it I promise.
You can find Bacio Gelato in Al Barsha opposite Dubai American Academy which is near Lulu Centre. They also deliver.

I love Bacio Gelato! It is such a shame that they aren´t located in a more commercial area….They have the best ice creams in town by far!
